Hide Your Facebook Friend List on Desktop
Launch a web browser on your Windows, Mac, Linux, or Chromebook computer and navigate to Facebook. If you haven’t already, sign in to your account.
Next, from the top-right corner of Facebook, pick your profile symbol (or the down arrow) and then Settings & Privacy > Settings.
In “Settings,” from the left sidebar, select “Privacy.”
In the same “Who Can See Your Friends List?” section, click “Who Can See Your Friends List?” ” section, pick “Friends Except” from the drop-down option.
Choose the individual you wish to conceal your friend list from in the “Friends Except” box. You may add as many persons as you like here.
Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the window to save your changes.
That’s it. Facebook will not reveal your list to the persons you named above. Others who aren’t on that list will still be able to see who you’re friends with.
Hide Your Facebook Friend List Using the Mobile App
Launch the Facebook app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Then, in the top-right corner of the program, hit the profile symbol. Tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the bottom right corner of your iPhone.
Select Settings & Privacy > Settings from the “Menu” page.
Scroll down to “Audience and Visibility,” then click “How People Find and Contact You.”
