Fans have eagerly waited for years, signed countless petitions, and raised donations just for their voices to be heard. Lo and behold, DC fans’ prayers have been answered in the form of the Snyder Cut or also known as Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Today, Zack Snyder has confirmed in what format his masterpiece will be released.
In a post in Vero, Zack Snyder updated fans on the current progress of his film. Fans then went all out with their questions in the comment section regarding the anticipated epic. One fan then asked whether the cut will be released as “a series” or it will be a “one-shot watch of a movie.” The director answered plainly “one-shot.”
With Zack previously saying that the film would take at least 4 hours to watch completely. Now, if this would happen, the Justice League is going to be one of the longest superhero movies that would ever be released. This would beat Avengers: Endgame which has a runtime of 3 hours and 2 minutes. Also, this would beat Snyder’s director’s cut of Watchmen which runs at about 3 hours.
Now, everyone is anticipating one more thing, the release date. As of now, HBO Max has not revealed any release date with the movie although trying to deny rumors circulating around stating that the movie will be released “early and mid-2021.”
Zack Snyder’s Justice League is directed by Zack Snyder and stars Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, and Ray Fisher as Cyborg.
