iQOO has announced the upcoming launch of the iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ smartphone on July 11 in China. Jia Jingdong, vivo’s President for Brand and General Manager of Brand and Product Strategy, shared the key specifications of the Neo 9S Pro+ on Weibo.

The iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and iQOO’s self-developed Q1 graphics chip, designed to enhance gaming performance.

The phone will feature a 5,500mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. Despite its large battery, the device will maintain a slim profile at 7.99mm. It will come preloaded with OriginOS 4.0 based on Android 14. Additionally, the iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ will be iQOO’s first sub-flagship phone to include an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.

The Neo 9S Pro+ will also boast a dual-camera system with a 50-megapixel main camera (featuring OIS) and a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera, similar to the Neo 9 Pro.

According to Jia Jingdong, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip takes care of computing and processing tasks, providing strong CPU and GPU performance for gaming. While the Q1 gaming chip is designed to optimize gaming, offering super-resolution and super-frame technologies that deliver clear, smooth, low-latency, and energy-efficient game visuals.
