
The Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) has announced an exciting new partnership with HONOR. This partnership will spotlight mobile gaming competitions, with the HONOR 200 Pro designated as the official smartphone for the event.
Ralf Reichert, CEO of EWCF, shared his enthusiasm for partnering with HONOR, emphasizing how advanced technology enhances competitive fairness and improves the athlete experience.
The HONOR 200 Pro features a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 with a CPU clock speed of up to 3GHz. It includes a powerful 5200mAh silicon-carbon battery that can provide up to 61 hours of use on a single charge.
HONOR 200 Pro display supports 3840Hz Risk-Free Dimming and has received TÜV Rheinland certification for Flicker-Free and Full Care Display standards. Additionally, the Natural Tone 2.0 feature enhances display color temperature. The advanced cooling system includes a vapor chamber covering 36,881mm².
The EWC will feature a variety of games, including Free Fire, Honor of Kings, and the Women’s ML Tournament. With a prize pool exceeding $60 million, it will offer the largest prize pool in esports history. Competitors will compete in 22 game championships for their share of the prizes.
The EWC Opening Show starts in just a few hours! This exciting eight-week competition runs from July 2 to August 25 and features the world’s best esports clubs competing in top game titles.
