How Do I Use Windows 11’s Instant Wi-Fi Hotspot?
The Windows 11 Instant Wi-Fi Hotspot capability will be offered through Microsoft’s Phone Link service. The functionality will need a PC running Windows 11 (22H2 Build 22621), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and the Windows Phone Link app (v1.22082.111.0) for Samsung handsets.
The Instant Wi-Fi Hotspot feature, by the way, is specific to Samsung Galaxy Android handsets. The functionality is now available on Galaxy devices running One UI 4.1.1 (or above). The most recent versions from the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold series, as well as the Galaxy 21, and the Galaxy S22, would be compatible.
