Now that Samsung has launched its trio of flagship phones in the Galaxy S20 series, it has now turned its attention to its mid-range devices, particularly the Galaxy M series. Compared to the Galaxy A series, the M Series is more affordable while carrying reasonable specs. And according to a report, Samsung is already working on the Galaxy M21 and two new entrees dubbed as Galaxy M01 and Galaxy M01s.
Based on the leaked information, the Galaxy M21 will launch with the same specs as the Galaxy M30s of last year. Taking a stroll down memory lane, the six-month-old phone features 6.4″ FHD+ Super AMOLED, Exynos 9611, up to 6GB/128GB, 48MP triple cameras, and a massive 6000mAh battery with 15W fast adaptive charging via USB-C. Although it never launched in the Philippines, the prices of the M30s in India were INR 13,999 (~P10k) and INR 16,999 (~P12.5k).
Adding to the list of the Galaxy M series 2020 are the Galaxy M01 and Galaxy M01s. While we don’t have any idea what specs the two will sport, we do know that there’s a chance that it’s similar to the Galaxy A01 that was launched last December. It’s the cheapest entry-level phone from the Galaxy A series with mediocre specs.
