
The recently concluded mid-ranged battle of Samsung’s Galaxy A8 and Sony’s Xperia M5 was one for the ages and in regards to this particular battle, we decided to show off a few notable highlights of the battle and our thoughts on these particular highlights. Check out five highlights of Xperia M5 and Galaxy A8’s comparison.
In the concluded battle of these two mid-ranged powerhouses, we were very particular when it comes to their camera performance. both devices were really excellent shooters overall and a worthy smartphone to have for the usual camera shooting, but we were able to conclude from the comparison that the Sony Xperia M5 showcased a better overall camera performance for still images and video. In still images, the Xperia M5’s high end 21.2MP rear shooter, as well as its 13MP selfie shooter trumps the Galaxy A8’s 16MP rear shooter and 5MP selfie shooter, which was actually expected, but was not heavily predetermined. The outputs of the Xperia M5 showed exemplary actions and outputs, which can be considered at a flagship level. With that, we sealed the deal in the camera department and gave the win over to Sony’s mid ranged powerhouse smartphone.

Upon reaching the performance department, it seems that the tide of battle was swayed over to the Galaxy A8’s favour, with the latter landing exemplary performances, in terms of system an provided high-end experiences for system. The Galaxy A8 showcased a powerful and up-to-date system, which was triumphant against the Xperia M5. A true blue system powerhouse, the Galaxy A8 was all, but better system-wise, though truth be told, the Xperia M5’s system wasn’t all that bad and since the Xperia M5 performed decently, despite being underwhelmed by the Galaxy A8, its still worth the buy system-wise, however, the Galaxy A8 just shows more interest and power that first priority for phone performance should be the Galaxy A8, in comparison to the Xperia M5.

Upon closing in to the last rounds of the comparison, we eventually got to the speaker department. From hear, the Xperia M5 was able to showcase a better feature performance overall and was eventually decided that it was better in speaker performance than the Galaxy A8. A thing that might not be important to some, but the most important to others. The Xperia M5 showcased an overall better sound output than its competition, as well as projected great outputs volume-wise. If music is your think and would want to share your tunes with the world, without isolating your tunes for your own, then the Xperia M5 is a sound choice for you, by all means.

This two are probably each company’s trademarks on their respective smartphone devices, Samsung’s OLED technology and Sony’s IP 68 certification is something to look at all right. Samsung’s formidable OLED technology has helped the majority of Samsung devices to deliver great display imagery and quality, especially on daylight, showcasing good viewing angles and display implementation with ease, and as for Sony’s IP 68 certification devices, it helps in establishing utility and function of water proof and dust-resistance features on their devices, which means extra sturdiness and robustness for the Sony products. Both trademarks of Samsung and Sony had carried their brands to their respective places in the smartphone industries, and hopefully, in the near future, they’re system and features evolves and showcases a more heightened version of these particular features.

The devices carry individualized metallic and polycarbonated back covers. For the Galaxy A8, it delivers a robust and sturdy looking metallic back cover, which is quite reminiscent of the Galaxy Note 5 that are currently in our possession, while for the Xperia M5, it carries a oleophobic-coated polycarbonated back, which highly resembles the Z-series premium and sophisticated back design, which actually showcases the power and appeal for the Xperia M5. Both devices were really good and was able to deliver excellent design exteriors which eventually lead to their tie in the design department.
