The Philippine National Police-Anti-Cybercrime Group suspects foreign hackers are behind the recent defacement of several Facebook pages affiliated with the police organization, according to PNP spokesperson Police Colonel Jean Fajardo. She revealed that the Anti-Cybercrime Group has identified certain groups and individuals involved and is coordinating with foreign counterparts since some of the responsible individuals are outside the Philippines’ jurisdiction.
