AnTuTu outs Android ranking for April 2022

AnTuTu, a benchmarking platform, released its ranking for the best performing Android flagship and mid-range smartphones in China for April 2022. Check them out!

In the flagship segment, the Black Shark 5 Pro, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, took the top spot with an average score of 1,062,747. This was followed by the nubia Red Magic 7 Pro with 1,032,492 and the Lenovo Legion Y90 with 1,023,934 placed third.

Completing the list are the vivo X80 (1,019,921), iQOO 9 (1,010,986), iQOO 9 Pro (1,009,984), vivo X Note (1,005,127), iQOO Neo6 (987,857), Xiaomi 12 Pro (980,961), and finally the realme GT2 Pro (979,256).

As expected, the high-end list is being dominated by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor with 9 out of 10 smartphones on the list being powered by it. The vivo X80 with an average point of 1,019,921 is the only handset powered by the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9000.

Moving to the mid-range segment, the best performing smartphone in the same period is still the iQOO Z5 with an average score of 572,188, followed by the Xiaomi Civi 1S, and the Honor 60 Pro.

The list also includes the OPPO Reno7 5G, realme Q3s, Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G, Honor 60, Honor 50 Pro, Honor 50, and finally the Huawei nova9.

Only the OPPO Reno7 5G with the Dimensity 900 and the Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G with the Snapdragon 780G sport different processors. The rest are powered by the Snapdragon 778G/778G Plus chipsets.
