vivo subsidiary iQOO has unveiled its latest smartphone under the Neo series in Chine, the iQOO Neo6. It sports a 6.62-inch FHD+ E4 AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 1200Hz instant touch sampling rate, HDR10+ support, built-in intelligent display chip Pro for MEMC, and DC dimming.
Under the hood, it comes with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, and a 4,700mAh battery capable of 80W fast charging. The device also packs a rare earth heat dissipation alloy, large-area VC soaking plate, heat dissipation area of 46662mm², and a 6-layer 3D graphite structure.
Camera-wise, the iQOO Neo6 uses a 64MP Samsung GW1P main sensor with OIS, 12MP ultra-wide shooter, 2MP black and white portrait camera, and a 16MP selfie camera. It comes with a leather back in the Orange variant and a Blue and AG glass back in the Black colorway.

The iQOO Neo6 is now available for pre-order in China and will go on sale starting April 20. There’s no word yet for local availability, so stay tuned for more updates.
