On schedule, Xiaomi has officially launched its latest number series of smartphones in the Philippines, the Xiaomi 12 and the Xiaomi 12 Pro.
As a recap, the vanilla Xiaomi 12 sports a 6.28-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with 120Hz Adaptive Sync, the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, a 50MP main rear camera, 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 256Gb of UFS 3.1 internal storage, and a 4,500mAh battery with wireless and reverse charging.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro, on the other hand, features a 6.73-inch QHD+ E5 AMOLED screen with Dynamic 120Hz LTPO, the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It also packs a 4,600mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, 10W reverse wireless charging.
Camera-wise, the 12 Pro comes with a 50MP Sony IMX707 main sensor, a 50MP 115° FOV ultra-wide angle shooter, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 32MP selfie snapper. Other camera features include Ultra Night Video, One-click AI cinema, Ultra Night Photo, Portrait Night mode, Xiaomi ProFocus, Night Mode, and 50MP mode.
