Samsung Internet Browser Now Available on Windows PCs

Samsung has just rolled out its Internet Browser for Windows PCs, now conveniently available on the Microsoft Store. This move aims to bridge the gap between mobile and desktop browsing experiences, allowing users to seamlessly sync their history, bookmarks, and open tabs between their phones and PCs.

But why did Samsung took this step? Samsung launched its Internet Browser for Windows PCs in response to its modest 3% market share, aiming to overcome challenges that deterred potential users from adopting Samsung Internet on their phones.

While the Windows version is in its early stages, users can currently sign in with their Samsung accounts, although syncing capabilities are somewhat limited. Notably, syncing passwords is absent at this time, leaving room for improvement.

Despite being in its infancy, Samsung Internet for Windows incorporates some features from its Android counterpart, such as an ad-blocker and anti-tracking tools. However, users accustomed to the Android version might notice the absence of certain features, like the handy translator tool for foreign languages.

Will this new integration reshape the landscape for Samsung users, fostering a more seamless cross-device browsing experience?
