So this policy means that the apprehensions made in these areas are now being conducted and done by CCTV, digital cameras, and other similar gadgets. Here is a quick guide to checking the different cities’ no contact apprehension policies and hopefully be able to guide you to find out if you have a violation or not.
Whether you have an (NOV) notice of violation or you’re just curious about how to check it online, here is a quick guide.
The first thing to do is to choose your city. As of now, there are 4 cities in the national capital region that have the NCAP up and running. And each of those cities has its own dedicated website for you to check out.

Once you are on the webpage of each city’s website, there is a section where you can enter your plate number. Once you’ve typed in your plate number and completed the captcha, the website will tell if you have an ongoing violation or not. If you do have a violation, check the next step.
Whether in which city, a notice of violation will be sent to the owner of the vehicle. The notice contains the violation number and the PIN so that you can view it on their website.
The NOV will be sent to the address that is registered with the vehicle’s registration. It will go to the process of servers in the city, via registered mail, and or a private courier.
We hope that this short guide can help you how to check if you have a pending no-contact violation. As always, drive safe and avoid committing traffic violations.
