If you remember, we previously got our hands on the vivo V60 and tested what it can do.
Now, vivo is following it up with a new member in the V series, the vivo V60 Lite. This time, we’re looking at the 4G version, which carries the same sleek and premium look as the V60.
So, keep on reading and see what this new variant has to offer.
First, let’s have a look at its design and build. As mentioned earlier, this device features a sleek and premium design with a soft and glossy finish on the back.

Although it’s prone to fingerprint smudges, you don’t have to worry since you get a case in the box. The device weighs 194 grams and has a thickness of 7.59mm. After using it for a couple of days, we haven’t encountered any issues regarding its weight or comfort.
Around the frame, you’ll find the power and volume rockers on the right side, a speaker grille on top, and another speaker grille at the bottom, along with the SIM tray, USB-C port, and microphone.

It also comes with an IP65 rating, making it a fairly durable device, despite its plastic back.
Let’s move on to the display. This device sports the same screen as the vivo V60, just without the extra features.
It still boasts a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 1080 x 2392 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 94.2% screen-to-body ratio.

Using it for multimedia consumption provides great quality, with no visible color shifts even when viewed from different angles.
Unlike the V60, this one comes with a flat panel, which we actually prefer since it’s more practical and user-friendly.
Even though it’s not curved, we still get slim bezels, which is nice, especially for watching videos, as there are no accidental taps or swipes from your palm while holding the phone.
For cameras, the vivo V60 Lite 4G sports a dual setup with a 50MP Sony main camera and an 8MP 120° wide-angle camera. On the front, it has a 32MP punch-hole selfie shooter.

Colors look natural, though slightly muted compared to reality, but indoor shots are bright and fairly sharp, showing a good dynamic range for a mid-range phone.
Wide-angle photos are decent with minimal distortion, though you can see some softening at the edges.

For selfies, the skin tones look natural, and the subject stands out well against the background. The background blur isn’t extreme, but it is smooth enough to give a pleasant portrait effect.

Apart from that, the vivo V60 Lite also includes several AI-powered tools such as AI Aura Light, Dual View Video, AI Erase 3.0, and AI Photo Enhance, features that make shooting and editing more convenient.

It also has the AI Four-Season Portrait feature, which adds a creative touch to your shots with spring, summer, autumn, and winter effects, enhanced by smart lighting and depth control.
However, note that the AI Four-Season Portrait feature is only available on the V60 Lite 5G variant.
When it comes to video recording, both the rear and front cameras can shoot up to 1080p@30FPS.
With the cameras out of the way, let’s look at what powers this device. Under the hood, the vivo V60 Lite 4G runs on a 6nm Snapdragon 685 chipset.
Meanwhile, the 5G variant has a MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor, which is more meant for gaming than the Snapdragon 685.
Despite its age, the 685 is still a decent processor for everyday tasks. It can handle social media browsing and light gaming.
Yes, there may be occasional slowdowns when multitasking, but overall, it delivers decent performance for daily use.
Our review unit comes with an 8GB + 256GB configuration and runs on Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15.
Upon setup, you’ll notice a number of pre-installed applications, but you can easily uninstall them to free up space.

We also tried playing Call of Duty: Mobile, and it performed decently. There were some occasional frame drops, but nothing too disruptive.
Speaking of gaming, the device comes with dual stereo speakers that can get really loud, up to 400% higher volume than standard setups, which enhances the overall entertainment experience.

It also includes Ultra Game Mode, which gives you tools like Game Boost Mode for performance, Esports Mode to minimize distractions, Mistouch Prevention, and a Game Small Window so you can reply or scroll without closing your game.
We personally think that the addition of Game Small Window is really helpful, especially when you need to respond to someone but don’t want to leave your game completely. It happens, right?

When it comes to battery, the device packs a 6500mAh BlueVolt Battery with 90W FlashCharge. vivo claims up to five years of battery health, with a 24-layer safety protection system.

During our video loop test, it lasted about 15 hours and 33 minutes. As for charging, it took around 58 minutes to go from 0 to 100%, which is quite impressive considering the large battery capacity.

There’s also another feature called Bypass Charging, which powers the phone directly while plugged in. This helps keep the battery temperature lower during long gaming sessions.
Finally, for pricing, the vivo V60 Lite 4G is available in 8GB + 256GB for PHP14,999.
As mentioned earlier, there’s also a 5G variant, priced at PHP17,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model and PHP20,999 for the 12GB + 512GB option.

The vivo V60 Lite 4G and 5G variants will be available for pre-order from October 19 to 30, 2025.
During the promo period, buyers can get a PHP1,000 discount, a limited-time vivo VIP Card worth PHP4,020 (which includes 6-month broken screen insurance and an extended warranty), and free limited-edition vivo Buds worth PHP1,699.
Plus, vivo is offering 0% interest installment plans via Home Credit and major credit cards.
Overall, the vivo V60 Lite 4G offers decent features that are worth considering. It has a great display like the V60, a large battery with fast charging, and solid camera performance.

Although the lack of 4K video recording is a bit of a letdown, if that’s not a dealbreaker for you, the vivo V60 Lite 4G is a solid option.
Below is its full specification list so you can check it out easier. What do you think of this new device from vivo?
