After the battery and explosion fiascos, Samsung is back on track as they’ve launched the new batch of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 sans the exploding batteries. They still hold the recall too so you could still send back your defective Galaxy Note 7 to them for a replacement.
The Korean giant adds a green battery indicator on the unaffected Galaxy Note 7 units. It means that if you have a white battery indicator, you Galaxy Note7 is still the old batch and needs to be replaced.
On South Korea and the USA alone, Samsung has so far replaced millions of defective units while the international rollout is still running. In the Philippines, we heard local telcos like Globe Telecom has started replacing the units too.
With iPhone 7 duo still not available in many countries, Samsung has still a chance to make up for their losses and regain their reputations back.
What do you think of the Galaxy Note 7? Do you believe Samsung will still be able to recover from this fiasco?
