Nissan Kicks e-POWER Now Official in the Philippines, Starts at PHP 1,499,000

Nissan Philippines has officially launched the new Kicks e-POWER, bringing in new features and design updates to the local market.

The Nissan Kicks e-POWER is available in three variants: LE Plus, VL, and VE. Power comes from an electric motor driving the front wheels, paired with a 1.2-liter three-cylinder gasoline engine as a generator or range extender. The electric motor delivers 134 hp and 280 Nm of torque, backed by a 2.06 kWh lithium-ion battery and a 41-liter fuel tank.

In terms of interior, the cabin sports Nissan’s Zero Gravity seats wrapped in heat-resistant leather upholstery to keep passengers cool in warmer weather. The driver gains a 6-way power-adjustable seat to easily dial in an ideal driving position, while rear passengers benefit from an optimized seatback angle and a fold-down center armrest for a more relaxed ride.

Infotainment is handled by a 12.3-inch display audio system featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless smartphone connectivity on the go. There’s also NissanConnect Services, allowing drivers to remotely operate key vehicle functions and check real-time status diagnostics from anywhere.

The all-new Kicks features Nissan’s ProPILOT driver assistance technology, which integrates Intelligent Lane Keep Assist (LKA) for lane centering, Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC) for adaptive speed and distance management, and Traffic Jam Assist for low-speed congestion.

The second-generation Nissan Kicks e-POWER expands active safety with 12 driver-assistance features, including:

  • Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)

On the exterior side, it comes with a wider grille, sleek LED lighting, redesigned taillights, and new 17-inch alloy wheels, while the rear gets hexagon-shaped lamps.

Measuring 4,300 mm long, 1,760 mm wide, and 1,615 mm tall, the vehicle features 180 mm of ground clearance and a 470-liter cargo capacity.
