
Aside from the vivo X300 Ultra, vivo X300s has also been introduced in China.
The device features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 2800 × 1260 resolution and a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate.
For photography, the phone uses a 200MP main camera with Zeiss optics, alongside a 50MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. A 50MP front camera is also included. Both front and rear cameras support 4K video recording, with OIS available on the main and telephoto sensors.

Under the hood, it is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500 paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.
The X300s is equipped with a 7,100mAh battery, supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and includes features such as a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.

In China, pricing starts at CNY 4,999 (approx. PHP 39,000) for the 12GB + 256GB model and goes up to CNY 7,999 (approx. PHP 63,000) for the 16GB + 1TB Photographer’s Kit.
Local availability for the vivo X300s has not yet been announced. However, in the Philippines, vivo X300 Series pricing starts at PHP67,999 for the X300 and PHP77,999 for the X300 Pro.
