
vivo X300 Ultra has been officially introduced in China just before March 2026 ends.
The phone features a 6.82-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 3168 × 1440, a 144Hz refresh rate, and support for HDR. It also offers a 94.49% screen-to-body ratio and up to 1.07 billion colors.
For cameras, the X300 Ultra uses a triple rear setup of a 200MP 35mm main camera, a 200MP 85mm telephoto lens with 3.7x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera.
The system supports up to 105x digital zoom and includes optical image stabilization. On the front, there is a 50MP camera for selfies. Video recording supports up to 8K resolution.

Inside, it is powered by the 5th-generation Snapdragon 8 Ultra mobile platform, built on a 3nm process.
The chip features an octa-core setup with clock speeds of up to 4.6 GHz, paired with an Adreno 840 GPU. Memory options include 12GB or 16GB of RAM, while storage ranges from 256GB to 1TB, utilizing UFS 4.1.
The device is equipped with a 6600mAh battery, with support for 100W wired and 40W wireless charging, as well as reverse charging.

Out of the box, it runs on OriginOS 6 based on the Android 16 operating system.
The vivo X300 Ultra starts at CNY 6,999 (approx. PHP 54,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant, going up to CNY 11,999 (approx. PHP 92,500) for the 16GB + 1TB Photographer’s Kit version in China.
As of now in the Philippines, only the vivo X300 Pro is the latest variant in the X series. It is priced at PHP 77,999 for the 16GB + 512GB variant.
