Motorola Edge+ is rumored to be an upcoming flagship phone

A new flagship phone is joining Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and Xiaomi Mi 10 series with 108MP sensors and it’s the Moto Edge+. At least, that’s what the leaks and an FCC filing shows. Expected to rock Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865, the handset is made to work with 5G towers. Additionally, there will be support for mmWave which boasts gigabit speeds. However, this is more than likely exclusive to Verizon’s US carrier. For the rest of the specs and features, here’s what to expect.

Moto Edge Plus, or simply Edge+, is said to feature a 3D curved FHD+ screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is going to need a lot of juice, so the more than 5000mAh battery capacity just makes sense. There will be several models for Moto’s upcoming flagship phone, including a 12GB top-end variant. As for the rest of the cameras, the 108MP sensor will be joined by two more lenses. Furthermore, the selfie camera is said to sport a 25MP sensor in a pinhole setup.

Unfortunately, there’s no word yet regarding a launch date nor price. But, an FCC filing usually indicates an imminent release. So, there you go.
