List of Non-Printing LTO Offices

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has informed the general public that certain offices within the agency cannot provide driver’s licenses.

Some LTO districts and extension offices are reportedly equipped with faulty laser engraving devices, as stated by the head of the LTO, Jose Arturo Tugade. As a result, he instructed the general people to head to LTO offices that had operational equipment instead.
