We have been hearing a lot of rumors about Honor’s 50 series since April and now we can get an official preview which will be on June 16. This was announced by Honor which was accompanied by a video, teasing on their Honor 50 series but didn’t give any details for its specifications.
Honor has previously confirmed that the vanilla version of the Honor 50 will be using a Snapdragon 778G chipset. Although it hasn’t been confirmed yet the Pro version will also use the same processor while the Pro+ will have a Snapdragon 888 SoC, according to Master Lu benchmark.
The benchmark also gave the rest of the specs for the Honor 50 Pro+ which features a 6.79” QHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display. There is also an 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, 128GB UFS 3.1 storage, and a battery capacity of 4,400mAh that is supported by 66W wired and 50W wireless charging.
When it comes to the camera, it will sport a dual rear camera setup that has a 32MP main and 8MP. As for its front camera, it will be equipped with a 50MP primary, 13MP ultrawide, and 8MP along with a 3F ToF unit.
We can expect a full specs breakdown for the Honor 50 series on June 16 in Shanghai, China.
