Xiaomi has confirmed that the Xiaomi 18 Pro series will launch in China this month.
The teaser describes the feature as a “versatile rear screen,” suggesting that the display may support different functions or customizable content. However, Xiaomi did not provide further details yet about how it will work.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi 18 Pro will feature a horizontal rear camera module with three Leica cameras. The rear display will also cover most of the camera module.
Leaks suggest that Xiaomi may make the rear display bezels thinner, move the front punch-hole camera, and add a new physical button to the frame. The rear display is also rumored to be larger and may include a privacy mode.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 17 is currently priced in the Philippines at PHP 53,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model and PHP 55,999 for the 12GB + 512GB variant.
