Vivo Y20s [G] is sporting Helio G80 SoC, featuring an octa-core CPU with six 1.8GHz efficient cores and two 2GHz performance cores. Built on a 12nm node, the CPU is paired with Mali-G52 M2 GPU clocked at 950MHz. While the number won’t win any awards, both CPU and GPU take advantage of MediaTek HyperEngine technology, which is the more important feature outside SoC. What it does is simply improve your mobile gaming experience by making load times faster and increasing the sensitivity of touch input for faster controls.
The fun doesn’t end there, though. You also get a boost in connectivity performance, optimizing latency like game controllers and headsets. Of course, that includes your Wi-Fi connection.
