Limited Edition “Weathering With You” Scooter Is a Fan’s Dream Come True
In Japan, Honda released its Super Cub 50 and Super Cub 110 scooters in a theme centered around the hit anime movie, Weathering With You. Much like the scooter used by Natsumi in the movie, most of the body is painted in pink complemented by a white and pink striped helmet and leather seat. The scooter comes in two models: Super Cub 50 and Super Cub 110. They will be sold in Japan only, with the 50CC requiring a special permit to drive that costs Yen 5000(~P2,500) and a full driver’s license for the 100CC.
According to Honda, only 500 and 1500 models will become available for purchase for the Super Cub 50 and Super Cub 110, respectively. The former will sell for Yen 269,500(~P124,000), with the latter for Yen 313,500(~P144,000). You can order via Honda Japan’s website until October 31, with deliveries starting on July 23.
