Another affordable 5G Mid-Range Phone from Vivo, This time
Vivo is introducing a new phone on February 29th. Judging by the specs, it looks like a contender of Redmi K30 5G and Realme X50 5G. Dubbed as Vivo Z6 5G, the mid-range device sports the Snapdragon 765G chipset which means dual-5G is on-board. RAM and storage configuration weren’t mentioned but there is liquid-cooling technology here. To keep it more interesting, the battery is rated at a whopping 5000mAH that charges via USB-C (up to 44W). There are four main cameras powered by AI while the single selfie camera is housed in a pinhole cutout. The Z6 5G will be available in Black, Blue, and Silver colors.
The size of the screen wasn’t mentioned but the use of a fingerprint scanner on the back indicates LCD instead of AMOLED. Coincidentally, both Realme X50 and Redmi K30 use LCDs to enable 120Hz. Hopefully, that’s the same case for Vivo Z6. We might also see 64MP as the main sensor if it wants to compete. While the price wasn’t mentioned, we can speculate a little bit. For the 8GB/128GB model, both X50 and K30 retail for around ~P18K in China.
