As the e-commerce industry continues to change, Shopee’s Graduate Programs are designed to train the next generation of young tech talent and prepare them for a career in e-commerce. Shopee’s Graduate Programs include the Global Leaders Program (GLP) and the newly launched Fresh Graduate Accelerated Program (FGAP). These are designed to help recent graduates and young professionals multiply and prepare to take on key leadership roles.
With these, participants have the chance to get direct mentoring from senior management, work on the end-to-end processes of projects with a significant impact and improve their leadership skills through exposure to local and regional issues.

Global Leaders Program
GLP is a two-year graduate program with two local and overseas rotations in different departments. It is for people who want to learn more about the other parts of the e-commerce business. Since 2018, GLP has helped train many young professionals who continue to grow and make an impact on the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

Fresh Graduate Acceleration
Young tech experts who want to learn more about Marketing, Business Development, Logistics, and Operations can use FGAP’s focused rotations to learn more about a specific field faster. Before getting a permanent job, people in this 6-month program will do two local cycles within the same department.
Shopee’s Head of People, Karen Perez, said, “Nurturing and empowering local tech talent is still a top priority for Shopee. Using our resources to help talented young people get into the digital economy is essential. Through our programs, we want to help our participants develop better ideas, improve their leadership skills, learn about the industry’s different problems, and make essential contributions early in their careers.
Shopee is asking recent college graduates and young professionals with up to two years of work experience to apply for both programs here. The last day to apply is December 15, 2022.
