How to pay bills online through Shopee?
Paying bills has never been easy and convenient because Shopee now offers a feature where anyone can pay utility bills online through the Shopee App. No more long lines of waiting! Since this feature includes mobile postpaid, landline, and even internet bills.
How do I activate the Bills Reminder feature in Shopee?
There is no limit as to how many reminders users can set for a biller; however, each reminder may only be set once a month. You need to go to the Load, Bills & Travel section of the application when you would like the Bills Reminder feature to be activated.
From the Bills section, you can choose a biller to receive the reminder. Just tap on the Remind me every month button. Select the day of the month that you wish to be reminded. Enter your personal information and click on the “Submit” button. Then press “Continue”.
Unfortunately, paying bills through Shopee can only be completed when ShopeePay is used. In order to pay your bills on Shopee, you will need to follow these steps:
First, go to the Load, Bills & eServices Product Module. Scroll down the page and tap you chosen biller company.
The second step is to select a biller and to add necessary information, then tap Continue.

The third step involves selecting the preferred payment method, then tapping Confirm.

How long will it take to complete my transaction?
According to Shopee, usually, you will receive a notification within 24 hours regarding the forwarded status of your transaction with the biller in your Shopee account. Furthermore, payments are posted within two business days.Â
Can I pay my bills in advance, exact due date and past due date?
It is totally alright to pay in advance since there is a specific time for your payments to reflect in your biller Company. However, if you pay on the exact due date or past due date will depend on the schedule per biller since billers accept payments before, during, and after the due date. Keep in mind that if you cannot pay successfully before the cut-off time, it will be considered late.
If payment could not be successfully posted with the biller, will I be notified of this?Â
Within the time frame of 24 hours, you will receive an email notification regarding your transaction with the biller in your Shopee account.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
There might be instances when you accidentally indicated wrong information, such as Account Number. Shopee highly recommends contacting their customer support to process the cancellation and reversal of your payment.Â
Will there be any transaction fee for paying bills?
Transaction fees may vary per biller, but the good news is that Shopee generously gives Bills Cashback and Discount Vouchers to Shopee Users, which can still be considered a big bargain.
