Another Redmi phone joins the long list of affordable Xiaomi devices in 2020 — the Redmi 9 Power. Available in India, the budget device features a two-day battery and a colorful design that may or may not suit your taste. But what will really make you glad to see the phone is the price — Redmi 9 Power costs ₹10,999(~Php7,000) and ₹11,999(~Php7,800) for the 4GB/64GB UFS 2.1 and 4GB/128GB UFS 2.1, respectively.
Taking a glance at the specs of the Redmi 9 Power, it offers 6.53″ FHD+ LCD, Snapdragon 662 chip, a quad-camera setup with 48MP as the main shooter, an 8MP selfie housed inside a relatively small notch, a massive 6000mAh battery with 18W USB-C charger, and stereo speakers with 24-bit hi-res audio playback support.
If that sounds all too familiar, you’re basically looking at a re-hashed Redmi Note 9. What’s funny is that we even called that phone a “boring lookalike” of POCO M3. All three pack mostly the same feature set, but the Redmi 9 Power comes with an ultrawide lens and a textured back panel.
