The other standard model of the Q3 Series that realme announced in China is the realme Q3 5G. It’s not as packed as the Q3 Pro for obvious reasons, but it offers an interesting package, notably the Snapdragon 5G SoC. Although it won’t become available until April 29th in China, realme Q3 is only priced at ¥1299(~₱9,600) and ¥1399(~₱10,400) for the 6/128GB and 8/128GB, respectively. Take note that the indicated Philippine pricing is not official.
realme Q3 5G comes with a larger display than the Q3 Pro at 6.5-inch, featuring FHD+ LCD with 120Hz refresh rate. It also supports 4096 levels of brightness but falls short in other areas like 180Hz touch rate and 600 nits peak brightness. Allowing the phone to support 5G is the Snapdragon 750G, but realme included a VC liquid-cooling system claimed to reduce up to 10°C.
The back of the Q3 5G sports three cameras, featuring a 48MP wide, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro. A 16MP selfie camera is located at the top-left corner of the screen. There’s a fairly large 5000mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging.
realme Q3 5G comes in silver and black color options alongside a “dare to leap” tagline on the back. Similar to the Q3 Pro, we don’t think the Q3 5G will launch outside China.
