Razer Pikachu EarBuds with Poké Ball Charging Case Cost P6,000

Razer is a well-known gaming peripherals company for the past several years. From keyboards to mouse and mousepad, the snake-clad company has always been at the forefront of releasing gaming-centric accessories. Albeit outside its usual theme, the company is launching the Razer Pikachu Earbuds with a cutesy Poké Ball Charging Case for $120 or around P6,000 Philippine peso when roughly converted. This information surfaced from Razer’s Chinese website.

Diving into the design, the earbuds look a lot like the Razer Hammerhead, except in yellow color featuring Pikachu’s silhouette. For the Poké Ball, I mean, charging case, it provides up to five recharges. Now, that may be more than acceptable but the earbuds can only last around three hours of playback. The 13mm driver should be enough to provide decent bass, however, don’t expect mind-boggling audio quality here. If anything else, it’s a niche product that’s made to satisfy fans. Not a lot has been revealed yet about Razer’s new earbuds, but it would be interesting to see if it comes with fast charging given Pikachu’s attribute is lightning.
