A new entry-level phone is about to be announced by HMD Global. Come March 19, the price and availability of the Nokia C2 phone will be revealed. For now, we have the full spec sheet revealed. Nokia C2 is under the Android Go program which means it’s intended to run “Go” versions of major Google apps, such as YouTube, Gmail, and more. The device is replacing last year’s Nokia C1 which was limited to 3G connectivity only. This time, the successor supports the 4G VoLTE connection.
For the main features, Nokia C2 is powered by an old Unisoc chipset which features four 1.4GHz ARM-Cortex A53 processors. That’s already paired with 1GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage. The overall look of the device includes throwback designs, such as a removable 2800mAh battery and thick bezels. With the 5.7″ HD+ screen, it’s surprising to see in an 18:9 aspect ratio. Nokia C2 will come in Cyan and Black colors once announced.
