MannyPay has announced changes to existing user accounts effective November 10, 2026, advising users to spend or transfer their remaining balances before the deadline.
The announcement comes as the company teases Manny Pay 2.0 on Facebook, a new version of its app expected to launch next month.
In an advisory posted on its website, MannyPay said any remaining account balance after November 10 will be converted to a Traxion Pay account, which users can access through the Traxion Pay app on the App Store or Google Play.
The company previously clarified that it is not closing and said the upcoming app is part of its efforts to accommodate more partners and improve its payment service.
MannyPay will continue handling transition-related concerns until November 10, 2026. After the deadline, account-related concerns, inquiries, requests, and complaints will be handled exclusively by another service provider, according to the advisory.
