While ultra-fast charging is all the hype this year when it comes to phones and chargers, power banks are still a bit behind in speed. However, that doesn’t mean they’re not useful already. In fact, most users are still using 10W chargers, with at least 15W starting to become more of a standard. So if you’re on the market for a new power bank, you may want to check out the Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 3 Pocket Edition. In China, it’s already available for only CNY 99 (~Php730).Â
As the name suggests, it’s a 10000mAh power bank made to be pocketable. It has a dimension of 90 x 63.9 x 24.4mm while weighing not more than 200g. To add context, that’s lighter than most 5000mAh phones today. The following features of the Mi Power Bank 3 Pocket Edition are as follows:
- up to 22.5W output, with support for 18W, 16W, 12W, and 10W;
- 2 x USB Type-A, 1 x USB-C for input and output, 1 x MicroUSB input;
- 22W Power Delivery on all ports;
- up to 24W when charging the power bank.
Essentially, the power bank can support smart accessories earbuds as well as fast-charging phones. It’s also interesting to see all ports support fast charging.Â
Available in white color, in a polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene material, Mi Power Bank 3 Pocket Edition is still waiting for an official announcement for its potentially global release.Â
