The MERALCO e-Services system allows its customers access to their monthly electric bills online and allows them to pay them in advance.

How to register for MERALCO e-Services
Before accessing this nifty feature, you must sign up for the MERALCO e-Services and become a registered user.
There are two ways you can do this, either through online.meralco.com.ph or through the Meralco mobile app.
The first thing you need to do is create an account by clicking the Sign-up button. Input your email address, first name, middle name, last name, mobile number, and Service Identification Number.Â
Where is my Service ID Number (SIN) located?Â
Your 12-digit Service ID Number (SIN) can be located at the back of your Meralco bill at the bottom of the section entitled, “How your bill was computed.”Â
Whether or not you have an existing Meralco bill, you will need to enter the total kWh reading and bill date from any previous Meralco bills you may have received for the past two months.
For those who have not received their first Meralco bill, please enter the Bill Deposit and Payment date found on your receipt for the Meralco bill deposit.
You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox once you have submitted your application, which will contain a link that will direct you to the online website of Meralco, where you can establish your password. As soon as you have set your password, you will be able to log into your account.Â

It is important to note that there will be a convenience fee of PHP 47 when you pay through MERALCO e-Services.
Your browser is then redirected to the payment company’s page, where you can make a payment. Upon completing the payment, an acknowledgment message will appear showing the successful completion of your transaction. Additionally, you will receive an email confirmation of your payment as proof of your payment.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please note that Meralco will provide you with an extension of 30 days from your payment date.
