Marshall has unveiled its latest home speaker lineup, the Marshall Acton IV and Stanmore IV.

Both devices retain the retro design, while bringing in a new a programmable, custom button for quick access to saved sound profiles or Spotify playlists. They also feature improved controls, better dial for changing volume and skipping tracks, and a new power switch.
For sound quality, they both get upgraded tweeters, redesigned internal acoustics, and newly engineered bass ports, which is claimed to produce more potent low frequencies, wider sound dispersion, and cleaner vocals. The Acton IV is equipped with a 4-inch woofer alongside two tweeters, while the larger Stanmore IV packs a 5-inch woofer for larger areas and deeper bass. Additionally, they include Dynamic Loudness, which automatically modifies the tonal balance as the volume changes, which helps music maintain its qualities even at lower listening levels.
Moreover, connectivity is not limited to wireless as they come with a headphone jack for wired connection and an RCA port for plugging in a record player or other equipment. The Stanmore IV can even double as a TV speaker via HDMI ARC, and users can customize EQ, manage speaker placement, and receive future software updates through Marshall’s companion app.
Users can also connect multiple compatible speakers through Bluetooth LE Audio with Auracast support. Meanwhile, older speakers can also be connected through a separate Heddon streaming hub.

The Marshall Action IV is priced at USD 300 (~PHP 18,493.37), while the Stanmore IV retails for USD 400 (~PHP 24,657.82).
