Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Pro Now Comes with 90Hz OLED and Nvidia MX450 GPU

Add the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Pro to the shortlist of laptops with OLED panels as the company’s thin and light machine now offers deep blacks and rich colors with a fast 90Hz refresh rate. Though global release date, availability, and price remain to be seen until Q2 2021. That said, here’s what the top PC maker has packed inside its latest powerful laptop.

The Yoga Slim 7i Pro OLED version supports up to Intel 11th-Gen i7 or Iris Xe CPU with up to Nvidia GeForce MX450 GPU. It’s paired with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB PCIe SSD. The chassis is only available in Slate Gray color but with Dolby Atmos-certified Harman speakers, WiFi 6 modem, two USB-C ports for Thunderbolt 4, display, and Power Deliver 3.0 as well as a USB-A and an audio combo jack.

The star of the day is the 90Hz OLED in a 16:10 aspect ratio and 2880×1800 resolution. That said, the screen has 667 more times contrast ratio and up to 1.25 times higher color frequency over the LCD version. What’s more, AI is at work to keep power consumption and response time to a minimum. Spec-wise, the screen covers 100% DCI-P3 and 125% sRGB, making it ideal for accurate photo and video editing.
