You can use Gmail’s scheduling feature to send messages at a later date and time if you want them to be sent automatically at a specific date and time if you cannot send them yourself. In this post we discussed about How to Schedule Email in Gmail.
You may also arrange for them to be sent automatically days, months, or even an entire year in advance with this option, which will automatically do it for you. For instance, you can send a Happy Birthday message to a person at the specified time and date without manually hitting the Send button.
Gmail allows you to plan up to 100 emails. Click Schedule sends on any Gmail version (app/web) and specifies a date/time.
After you send the scheduled email, you can tap or click the Undo button to cancel or recall it. You can still change or cancel the mail, even if you missed it, as long as you do it before the scheduled time.
