How to Schedule Email in Gmail

You can use Gmail’s scheduling feature to send messages at a later date and time if you want them to be sent automatically at a specific date and time if you cannot send them yourself. In this post we discussed about How to Schedule Email in Gmail.

You may also arrange for them to be sent automatically days, months, or even an entire year in advance with this option, which will automatically do it for you. For instance, you can send a Happy Birthday message to a person at the specified time and date without manually hitting the Send button.

Email Scheduling

Gmail allows you to plan up to 100 emails. Click Schedule sends on any Gmail version (app/web) and specifies a date/time.

Desktop

    • Log into Gmail using a browser.
    • Open a new or saved email to schedule. Schedule a forwarded email.
    • Click the down arrow next to Send in New Message.

Mobile App (Android and iOS)

  • Start Gmail.
  • Tap the pencil to arrange a message.
  • Fill out the fields.
  • Tap the top right three dots when done.enter email
  • Schedule send.
  • Open a message in Drafts and press the top-left hamburger menu to schedule it.
  • Tap OK when prompted to choose a preset.

  • Tap Schedule transmits, then OK.

How to Cancel Scheduled Mail?

After you send the scheduled email, you can tap or click the Undo button to cancel or recall it. You can still change or cancel the mail, even if you missed it, as long as you do it before the scheduled time.

Desktop

  • Left sidebar: Scheduled. To see it, click the hamburger menu.Left sidebar Scheduled. To see it
  • Then, update or delete the message.
  • Stop mail by clicking Cancel send.seventh
  • To cancel all scheduled emails, click the tick above the message in the Scheduled folder. Cancel Send, then.

Mobile

  • Left-click the hamburger menu.
