To blur your Zoom backdrop, enter the Settings window and select “Blur” from the Background & Effects menu. You may also choose “Blur My Background” from the meeting window by clicking the up arrow to the right of the camera.

You may blur the backdrop before and during a meeting with Zoom’s desktop client. Here’s how.
Launch the Zoom app on your PC to ensure your Zoom backdrop is blurred before your next meeting.
Select your initials or profile image in the top-right corner of Zoom and then click “Settings.”
Select “Background & Effects” from the left sidebar under “Settings.”
Select “Blur” in the “Virtual Backgrounds” option in the right pane. You’ll notice that your backdrop is blurred in the video preview.
Tip: To remove the blur from your backdrop in the future, pick “None” from the “Virtual Backgrounds” option.
If you want to blur your backdrop when you’re already in a meeting, pick the up-arrow symbol next to “Stop Video” from the meeting screen’s bottom bar.
In the menu that opens, select “Blur My Background.”
That’s the end of it. Your meeting attendees will now only see your face.
Only while you’re in a meeting can you blur your backdrop with Zoom’s mobile app.
To do so, click “More” in the bottom-right corner of your meeting screen.
