Honor is ready to launch its latest Magic4 series of smartphones globally starting in Europe. The launch event is set to take place in London on May 12.
The brand didn’t reveal how many smartphones it will launch, but since it’s a series, we expect to see more than one device.
We’re expecting to see the flagship Honor Magic4 Pro, which boasts a 6.81-inch FHD+ curved OLED with LTPO technology, HDR10+, and IMAX Enhanced Certified display.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, and a 4,600 mAh battery capacity with support for 100W wired, 100W wireless, and 5W reverse wireless charging.
Camera-wise, it is equipped with a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX766 wide sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 64MP periscope telephoto lens with 100x Digital Zoom. Upfront is a 12MP selfie snapper and a 3D Depth Camera.
We should also see the vanilla Honor Magic4, sporting a 6.81-inch FHD+ LTPO Dual-Curved OLED screen with HDR10+ and IMAX Enhanced Certified. It also has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and a 4,800 mAh battery capacity with 66W wired as well as 5W reverse wireless charging.
For photography, it uses a 50MP Sony IMX766 wide sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide shooter, and a less capable 8MP 50x periscope telephoto lens. The front has a 12MP selfie camera.
The top-of-the-line Honor Magic 4 Ultimate and the budget Honor Magic4 Lite are also expected to debut globally. The Magic4 Ultimate has the number one spot in DXOMARK’s global camera ranking with its 50MP + 64MP + 64MP + 50MP rear camera configuration.
