
During the Mobile Word Congress 2022, Honor announced the Magic 4 and Magic 4 Pro flagship smartphones.
The Honor Magic 4 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 platform and variants with 8GB / 12GB RAM options, as well as 128GB / 256GB / 512GB internal storage options. It also has a 6.81-inch Full HD+ OLED screen with a variable refresh rate of 120Hz.
It comes with a 50MP main rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture, another 50MP ultra-wide with f/2.2 aperture and an 8MP telephoto with f/3.4 aperture and optical stabilization, in addition to 50X zoom. For selfies, it will be a 12MP sensor.
It has a 4,800 mAh battery pack with support for 66W fast charging. It will also come standard with Magic UI 6.0 based on Android 12, support for DTS:X Ultra.
Honor Magic 4 Pro
The Honor Magic 4 Pro also features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 platform. It features a 6.81-inch Full HD+ OLED screen with an integrated biometric sensor, support for 3D unlocking by facial recognition and a variable refresh rate of 120Hz.
In terms of cameras, it has a 50MP rear main camera with f/1.8 aperture, another 50MP ultra-wide with f/2.2 aperture and a 64 MP telephoto with f/3.5 aperture, optical stabilization and periscope zoom up to 100X, plus a ToF sensor. For selfies, it has a 12MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
The phone will feature a 4,600 mAh battery pack with support for 100W fast charging and 100W wireless charging. In software, it comes with Magic UI 6.0 based on Android 12. It also includes support for DTS:X Ultra.
The Honor Magic 4 Pro has IP68 certifications for water and dust resistance, while the Magic 4 has IP54. Both feature the Honor Turbo Engine that promises to elevate the capacity of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 by optimizing the use of software and hardware to deliver incredible gaming performance.
The devices will come in black, white, cyan, gold and orange colors. The Honor Magic 4 in the 8GB RAM and 256GB and 8GB RAM internal storage variant will cost €899 (~PHP 51,780) while the Pro with 256GB internal storage and 8GB RAM will cost €1099 (~PHP 63,300).
