Change Disney Plus App Language

Setting a different app language for each profile is another way to change the language on Disney Plus. With this setting, you can change the Disney Plus system menu.

You should know that if the language of the video you want to stream doesn’t match the language of your app, it will automatically switch to English. In the same way, if the video doesn’t work in English, it will work in whatever language is available.

1. Launch the Disney Plus website
2. Find your Profile icon
3. Select Change Profiles
4. Select your profile, then click on the Edit button.
5. Scroll down until you see the App Language menu, then click on it.
6. You can click on your preferred language from the list of languages.
7. Select Done.

On Mobile App

1. Open the app for Disney Plus
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Find the Profile icon at the bottom right.
4. Click “Edit Profiles.”
5. Tap the Edit icon next to the profile you want to change the language for.
6. Tap App Language under Playback and Language Settings.
7. Tap the language you want from the list.

Change Disney Plus Video Subtitle Language

To begin, you can adjust the audio and captions by going to the playback settings. Only one Show will have its language updated due to this change. You should also be aware that the languages spoken and subtitle offered for some series and movies will vary depending on the country or region in which you are located.

On Web

1. Start up the Disney Plus website on a web browser
2. Enter your account information.
3. Now, play the Show whose language you want to change.
4. Move your cursor slightly on the video screen to see the menu for playing the video.
5. Click on the Audio and subtitles icon in the upper right corner.
6. Under “Audio,” you can now see a list of languages you can switch to. Choose the language you want to use.
7. Also, you can choose your language for a caption under “Subtitles.”

On Mobile App

1. Start the app for Disney Plus
2. Go to your account and sign in.
3. Play a Show or Movie and tap the screen if you can’t see the playback menu.
4. Choose the Audio & Subtitles menu in the middle of the bottom row.
5. Under audio, there will be a list of the languages that can be used. Tap the language you want to change.
6. If you want to change the subtitle, go to the Subtitle menu. Pick the language of your subtitles.
7. Now, you can close the Audio & Subtitles menu to go back to playback.
