Sony’s mid-range M4 Aqua revolutionized waterproof features on smartphones. Many were quite satisfied with what the handset had to deliver and it’s not that hard to figure out, why it was a success. The Sony Xperia M4 Aqua was decently specced, despite being under the mid-range category. It started off Sony’s revolution for various type of features, which is still being continued by the company today. The Sony Xperia M4 Aqua is currently priced at Php 10K-10.5K.

Another innovator in the field of waterproof and camera is none other than the successor to the Xperia M4 Aqua, the Sony Xperia M5. The Xperia M5 delivered a bunch of upgraded specs and features that many considered was top-notch back at 2015, and it still is considered top-notch today. The MediaTek Helio X10 was one of the biggest changes seen on the handset. With the Xperia M-series dropping of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chip and took in MediaTek’s. The Xperia Z3 lineup also delivered a water-resistant feature that was quite revolutionary at the time of their  releases. The Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, in particular, provided the efficiency of having a water-resistant feature, while being a compact and easy-to-handle device. Many have gained the interest of the Z3 Compact due to the utility it delivers and how it can still perform in terms of hardware and software performance. Despite being relatively old at this point in time, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active was one of a more flexible handset a year ago. The S6 Active has this very interesting design, as well as having been equipped with waterproof features. The 5.1-incher Samsung Galaxy S6 Active was and still is a powerhouse device, though today, the newer generation Samsung Galaxy S7 Active might actually take the throne over its predecessor. The two-year-old Samsung Galaxy S5, despite being a relatively older device, still has a decent amount of juice to deliver. The Galaxy S5 is waterproof ready and can quite useful when your outgoing type of person. The 5.1-incher is a perfect screen size, not to big yet to not small and it packs a decent amount of battery capacity that could at least last for a few hours of usage. Adding things up is that the Galaxy S5 is finally updated to the Marshmallow OS, giving the two-year-old phone, a taste of what the present can offer. The Sony Xperia Z3+ got a few interesting upgrades and even downgrades that were quite surprising, to say the least. First off, the Xperia Z3+ runs on a Snapdragon 810 chip, instead of the Snapdragon 801 chip of the original version. An unlikely member of this list, the Blackview BV5000 not only has a whopping 5000mAh battery, but it also has waterproof features that enable users to maximum the large battery capacity, thanks to the utility that the waterproof  feature delivers. For other specs, it has a decent line of specs, for 2015 budget phone, which shows off its 2GB of RAM, 16GB of ROM, an 8MP/2MP camera pairing, and a MediaTek MT6735 chip. Despite being unknown to the majority of the market. The Black view BV5000 still looks rather impressive for a budget phone. Right now, the Blackview BV5000 is priced at Php 8K, which can be bought through online stores nationwide.
