The ASUS ROG Phone 5 series has officially arrived in the Philippines! This was announced by ASUS Philippines that their latest gaming phones which comprise the ASUS ROG Phone 5 Classic, Pro, and Ultimate, are officially available in the Philippine store.
All units will sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that supports a 144Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. These phones will use Snapdragon 888 5G chipset and an Adreno 660 GPU. These are also backed with a 6,000mAh battery capacity supported by 65W HyperCharge.
There will be two memory configurations for the Classic: 8GB + 128GB and 18GB + 256GB storages. For the Pro and Ultimate, each will only feature one memory configuration. The Pro will have 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage while the Ultimate will be equipped with 18GB RAM and 512GB internal storage.
For the Pro and Ultimate, these will be having the ROG Vision. This is a new rear matrix display showcasing a customizable animation intended for system alerts and status. The Pro will be using a color ROG Vision display while the Ultimate will have the monochrome version. Similar to a gaming console controller, the ROG Phone 5 Pro, and Ultimate will have a hidden rear touch sensor placed on the back cover. This acts as L2/R2 trigger functions.
The AeroActive Cooler 5 will be coming with all units as well as a 1-year Global warranty which also covers ROG Phone accessories. All gaming units will also be supported by optional modular accessories like the ROG Kunai Gamepad, a console-like gamepad controller, and the ROG Lighting Armor Case, featuring Aura lighting. These ROG accessories will be sold separately from the phone.

Do keep in mind that these exclusive bundles will be available to the first ones who can get their hands on the unit and while supplies last. Also, the ROG Phone 5 Classic Phantom Black color is already available while the Storm White version will be arriving in May. As for the ASUS ROG Phone 5 Pro and Ultimate, these will be available by the end of May 2021. For the accessories, the ROG Kunai will be available this April and the ROG Lighting Armor Case 5 will come in May.
