Today, we rounded up the top five smartphones under PHP15k launched in the third quarter of 2025.
Let’s start with the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G, which debuted in August 2025. It’s priced at PHP10,590 for the 4GB+128GB variant and PHP13,590 for the 8GB+256GB model.
The Galaxy A17 5G features a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and is powered by the 5nm Exynos 1330 chipset.

It runs on Android 15 with One UI 7 and carries a triple rear camera setup: a 50MP main lens, a 5MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro, along with a 13MP selfie camera. Storage can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD, and it supports Bluetooth 5.3.

Next up is the Infinix GT 30, launched in September at PHP11,999 for the 8GB+256GB variant.
This one stands out with its 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display that offers a sharp 1224×2720 resolution and a smooth 144Hz refresh rate.

It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chip with Android 15 and XOS 15. For cameras, it has a 64MP main shooter, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 13MP selfie lens.
Powering the device is a 5,500mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.

The third device is another release from Infinix, the HOT 60 Pro. Launched in July 2025 at just PHP6,999 for the 8GB+256GB version, it offers excellent value.

It also packs a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, and is powered by the MediaTek Helio G200 processor. Like the GT 30, it runs Android 15 with XOS 15.
For its cameras, you get a 50MP main shooter supported by two decorative auxiliary lenses, plus a 13MP selfie camera. It’s powered by a 5,160mAh battery with 45W charging support.

Another option is the POCO M7 4G, also released in August. This phone comes in two variants: PHP7,499 for 6GB+128GB and PHP8,499 for 8GB+256GB.

It sports a larger 6.9-inch FHD+ IPS LCD with a 144Hz refresh rate and runs on the Snapdragon 685 processor with Android 15 and HyperOS 2. The M7 4G features a dual rear camera system with a 50MP main lens and an auxiliary camera, plus an 8MP selfie shooter.
Its standout feature is the massive 7,000mAh battery, supported by 33W wired charging.

Finally, we have the REDMI 15 5G, launched in September at PHP7,999 for the 4GB+128GB variant. Like the POCO M7, it comes with a large 6.9-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate.

It’s powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 and runs on Android 15 with HyperOS 2. For photography, it includes a 50MP main shooter, an auxiliary lens, and an 8MP front camera. Storage can be expanded up to 2TB with a microSD card.
The REDMI 15 5G also packs a hefty 7,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
