Samsung One UI 8.5 Expected for These Galaxy Devices

Samsung One UI 8.5

Together with the Samsung Galaxy S26 series launch in February, the brand has also announced Samsung’s One UI 8.5.

Now, the software update is expected to roll out to older Samsung Galaxy devices soon.

Samsung has not yet released an official list of supported devices. Thus, this list is based on current update policies.

One UI 8.5 brings deeper Galaxy AI integration, adding smarter assistance, enhanced customization, and stronger privacy features.

New AI tools include Photo Assist for quick photo edits, Now Nudge for real-time suggestions based on on-screen activity, Now Brief for personalized updates and reminders, and improved Bixby with more natural language support.

The update also introduces a more customizable interface and enhanced privacy features such as Privacy Display, Privacy Alerts, malicious website protection, and security powered by Samsung Knox.

Some of you might have noticed that most Galaxy devices in the list received One UI 8.0 or launched with it.

For now, a beta program is running for the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, with several beta builds already released.

Samsung is also reportedly preparing beta programs for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7.
