Samsung Galaxy Active Neo is now official in NTT DoCoMo Japan with international release to follow including Philippines.
The Galaxy Active Neo is a mid-range rugged smartphone running on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS alongside with interesting specs starting from a 4.5-inch WVGA display, 8MP main shooter, 2MP selfie, Snapdragon 410 quadcore chip, 16GB expandable storage and 2GB RAM. And powering the Active Neo is a 2200mAh battery.
Like its Galaxy S6 Active sibling, it is IP68 certified plus addition of MIL-STD-810G rating or weatherproof which means aside from being waterproof and dust resistance for up to 1.5m, it would also withstand drop from 1.5m, sea water, humidity, vibration, solar radiation, thermal shock and 2 tons of load when pressed.
For a pre-tax price of P7,800, you’d be enjoying 4G LTE and NFC on top of Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and WiFi.
