We’ve recently got our hands with the Galaxy J1 2016’s little brother, the Galaxy J1 Mini and despite having really low-end specs and whatnot, it felt like the phone still brought out its A-game nevertheless. With that, we figured to highlight a few great traits that can be found on this budget-centric Samsung smartphone.

The Galaxy J1 Mini isn’t exactly something that you’d expect to pack a smooth and excellent performance in software and hardware since it’s a budget phone and all though nevertheless it still stood on its own. We were able to run Clash Royal and Clash of Clans with ease using the device (though, those games don’t necessarily have the heaviest graphics) as well as delivering a complete Android experience for its software.
I know this isn’t actually something that can get anyone hyped on the Galaxy J1 Mini 2016, but nevertheless, it’s something worth to take note of. Hands down, the Galaxy J1 Mini 2016 is Samsung’s most affordable Lollipop smartphone in the PH market today. It runs with a low-end, but still manageable specs list and has a really good price tag. The Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini 2016 might look rather unimpressive to someone who’s an authority in the gadget world or has had its fair share of smartphones in the past, but for a beginner, the user-friendliness and light specs it has could make it a majority pick in the entry-level category.
One of the huge saving graces on the Galaxy J1 Mini was its rather impressive rear speaker. It convincingly delivered a pretty decent job in terms of audio quality and sound quality overall. Vocal output was seen to be really clear, while bass is flat out, but still right on its mark.
