Both phones are considered as cheap phones as they are priced under P7k only. In terms of specs, both, again, are nearly identical. They feature 6.22″ HD+ LCD with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. There’s Snapdragon 439 chipset with a whopping 5000mAH battery that charges via USB Type-C already.
The difference is that Redmi 8 has a fingerprint scanner on the back and a dual-camera setup.
