Realme X50 Pro 5G Official Release Date is February 24
It has been a few weeks already since we last heard of Realme’s upcoming flagship-killer phone. Last time, we reported an unreleased phone hitting Antutu which we assume to be the said device. It garnered 574,985 vs 506,832 of ASUS ROG Phone 2. Originally planned to be launched at MWC 2020, the company has confirmed that it’s going to release the X50 Pro 5G on February 24 via an online stream.
Some specs were also revealed leading up to the release date. X50 Pro 5G will use Samsung’s 90Hz Super AMOLED screen on 20:9 FHD+ resolution. While the battery capacity wasn’t mentioned, Realme did reveal 65W SuperDart charging technology. The report claims that it’s based on Reno Ace’s SuperVOOC 2.0, so we assume it’s just re-naming marketing terms. A powerful Snapdragon 865 with X55 5G modem will power the handset with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB internal storage.
