The realme GT Neo 5 has an RGB LED light unit on the back. When the phone battery drops below 20%, it glows red, and the purple light is consistently above 20%.
The RGB light unit flashes purple for calls and white for messages. The tipsters WHY LAB promises it will change colors while gaming. Shooting games have weapon-specific light effects.

The realme GT Neo 5 will have iPhone-like Dynamic Island, as shown in these screenshots. The GT Neo 5 has a flat display with a central punch-hole, and the top edge has a microphone and IR blaster.
The realme GT Neo 5 will have a 6.74-inch AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0 will be preinstalled. The GT Neo 5 will have 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1 TB of storage powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chip.
Its 4,600mAh and 5,000mAh battery variants may support 240W and 150W fast charging, respectively. It also has a 16-megapixel front camera and a triple camera unit with 50-megapixel (Sony IMX890 with OIS), 8-megapixel (ultra-wide), and 2-megapixel (macro) sensors.
